Are you sure it was a sleepover? I know most people call it the Family Sleepover, but some of the parents who were there that weekend prefer to think of it as the Family Awake-Over. Dave Williams put together a fantastic Scavenger Hunt, and the family that finished first got their pizza delivered first. The Scavenger Hunt clues are listed below. The next time you’re at Beachcomber, see if you can find them. In the morning, my family cooked eggs on the grill. Yes, we fried eggs on the grill. All you need are eggs, non-stick spray, and a disposable muffin tin. If you have a choice, use a muffin tin that makes wide muffins, rather than deep ones. Spray the muffin tin with the non-stick stuff, crack open the eggs and drop the contents into the muffin tin depressions. Then put it on the grill. When the eggs are done, you’ve got sunny-side up eggs. Just scoop them out and serve to sleep-deprived children.
Scavenger hunt clues Although you won’t get a pizzalike the rest of the people at the Family Sleepoveryou can still have fun finding these items and locations on the Beachcomber property. Many of them are quite easy, but a couple of them are real stumpers. Let’s see how well you know your club...
